How To Uninstall libgettextpo0 On Debian 8

To uninstall libgettextpo0 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libgettextpo0

GNU Internationalization libraryDebian 8.0libs0.19.3-2
sudo apt-get remove libgettextpo0

This will remove just the libgettextpo0 package itself.

Uninstall libgettextpo0 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libgettextpo0

This will remove the libgettextpo0 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libgettextpo0 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libgettextpo0

Or similarly, like this libgettextpo0

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libgettextpo0
