How To Uninstall libghc-alut-dev On Debian 8

To uninstall libghc-alut-dev just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libghc-alut-dev

Haskell ALUT binding for GHCDebian 8.0haskell2.2.0.0-3
sudo apt-get remove libghc-alut-dev

This will remove just the libghc-alut-dev package itself.

Uninstall libghc-alut-dev and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libghc-alut-dev

This will remove the libghc-alut-dev package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libghc-alut-dev then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libghc-alut-dev

Or similarly, like this libghc-alut-dev

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libghc-alut-dev
