sudo apt-get remove libghc-bytestring-nums-doc

This will remove just the libghc-bytestring-nums-doc package itself.

Uninstall libghc-bytestring-nums-doc and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libghc-bytestring-nums-doc

This will remove the libghc-bytestring-nums-doc package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libghc-bytestring-nums-doc then this will work.
