How To Uninstall libgirara-dbg On Debian 8

To uninstall libgirara-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libgirara-dbg

library for minimalistic user interfaces (debugging symbols)Debian 8.0debug0.2.3-1
sudo apt-get remove libgirara-dbg

This will remove just the libgirara-dbg package itself.

Uninstall libgirara-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libgirara-dbg

This will remove the libgirara-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libgirara-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libgirara-dbg

Or similarly, like this libgirara-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libgirara-dbg
