How To Uninstall libglewmx-dbg On Debian 8

To uninstall libglewmx-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libglewmx-dbg

OpenGL Extension Wrangler MX (debugging symbols)Debian 8.0debug1.10.0-3
sudo apt-get remove libglewmx-dbg

This will remove just the libglewmx-dbg package itself.

Uninstall libglewmx-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libglewmx-dbg

This will remove the libglewmx-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libglewmx-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libglewmx-dbg

Or similarly, like this libglewmx-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libglewmx-dbg
