How To Uninstall libglewmx1.10 On Debian 8

To uninstall libglewmx1.10 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libglewmx1.10

OpenGL Extension Wrangler (Multiple Rendering Contexts)Debian 8.0libs1.10.0-3
sudo apt-get remove libglewmx1.10

This will remove just the libglewmx1.10 package itself.

Uninstall libglewmx1.10 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libglewmx1.10

This will remove the libglewmx1.10 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libglewmx1.10 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libglewmx1.10

Or similarly, like this libglewmx1.10

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libglewmx1.10
