How To Uninstall libglobus-usage-dbg On Debian 8

To uninstall libglobus-usage-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libglobus-usage-dbg

Globus Toolkit - Usage Library Debug SymbolsDebian 8.0debug4.4-1
sudo apt-get remove libglobus-usage-dbg

This will remove just the libglobus-usage-dbg package itself.

Uninstall libglobus-usage-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libglobus-usage-dbg

This will remove the libglobus-usage-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libglobus-usage-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libglobus-usage-dbg

Or similarly, like this libglobus-usage-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libglobus-usage-dbg
