To uninstall libgluegen2-jni just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libgluegen2-jni

sudo apt-get remove libgluegen2-jni

This will remove just the libgluegen2-jni package itself.

Uninstall libgluegen2-jni and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libgluegen2-jni

This will remove the libgluegen2-jni package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libgluegen2-jni then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libgluegen2-jni

Or similarly, like this libgluegen2-jni

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libgluegen2-jni
