How To Uninstall libgmime2.6-cil On Debian 8
To uninstall libgmime2.6-cil just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libgmime2.6-cil

This will remove just the libgmime2.6-cil package itself.
Uninstall libgmime2.6-cil and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libgmime2.6-cil
This will remove the libgmime2.6-cil package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for libgmime2.6-cil then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libgmime2.6-cil
Or similarly, like this libgmime2.6-cil
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libgmime2.6-cil
