To uninstall libgradle-plugins-java just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libgradle-plugins-java

sudo apt-get remove libgradle-plugins-java

This will remove just the libgradle-plugins-java package itself.

Uninstall libgradle-plugins-java and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libgradle-plugins-java

This will remove the libgradle-plugins-java package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libgradle-plugins-java then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libgradle-plugins-java

Or similarly, like this libgradle-plugins-java

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libgradle-plugins-java
