How To Uninstall libgsoap-dev On Debian 8

To uninstall libgsoap-dev just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libgsoap-dev

Development libraries and headers for gSOAPDebian 8.0libdevel2.8.17-1
sudo apt-get remove libgsoap-dev

This will remove just the libgsoap-dev package itself.

Uninstall libgsoap-dev and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libgsoap-dev

This will remove the libgsoap-dev package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libgsoap-dev then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libgsoap-dev

Or similarly, like this libgsoap-dev

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libgsoap-dev
