How To Uninstall libgtkhtml-4.0-dbg On Debian 8

To uninstall libgtkhtml-4.0-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libgtkhtml-4.0-dbg

HTML rendering/editing library - debug filesDebian 8.0debug4.8.5-1
sudo apt-get remove libgtkhtml-4.0-dbg

This will remove just the libgtkhtml-4.0-dbg package itself.

Uninstall libgtkhtml-4.0-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libgtkhtml-4.0-dbg

This will remove the libgtkhtml-4.0-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libgtkhtml-4.0-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libgtkhtml-4.0-dbg

Or similarly, like this libgtkhtml-4.0-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libgtkhtml-4.0-dbg
