How To Uninstall libgudev1.0-cil-dev On Debian 8

To uninstall libgudev1.0-cil-dev just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libgudev1.0-cil-dev

GObject-based wrapper library for libudev -- CLI development filesDebian 8.0cli-mono0.1-3
sudo apt-get remove libgudev1.0-cil-dev

This will remove just the libgudev1.0-cil-dev package itself.

Uninstall libgudev1.0-cil-dev and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libgudev1.0-cil-dev

This will remove the libgudev1.0-cil-dev package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libgudev1.0-cil-dev then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libgudev1.0-cil-dev

Or similarly, like this libgudev1.0-cil-dev

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libgudev1.0-cil-dev
