How To Uninstall libhacd2.82 On Debian 8
To uninstall libhacd2.82 just follow these instructions.

This will remove just the libhacd2.82 package itself.
Uninstall libhacd2.82 and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libhacd2.82
This will remove the libhacd2.82 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for libhacd2.82 then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libhacd2.82
Or similarly, like this libhacd2.82
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libhacd2.82
