How To Uninstall libharminv-dev On Debian 8

To uninstall libharminv-dev just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libharminv-dev

Library for using harminv, development versionDebian 8.0libdevel1.3.1-10
sudo apt-get remove libharminv-dev

This will remove just the libharminv-dev package itself.

Uninstall libharminv-dev and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libharminv-dev

This will remove the libharminv-dev package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libharminv-dev then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libharminv-dev

Or similarly, like this libharminv-dev

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libharminv-dev
