How To Uninstall libjs-dojo-dijit On Debian 8

To uninstall libjs-dojo-dijit just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libjs-dojo-dijit

modular JavaScript toolkit - DijitDebian 8.0web1.10.2+dfsg-1
sudo apt-get remove libjs-dojo-dijit

This will remove just the libjs-dojo-dijit package itself.

Uninstall libjs-dojo-dijit and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libjs-dojo-dijit

This will remove the libjs-dojo-dijit package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libjs-dojo-dijit then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libjs-dojo-dijit

Or similarly, like this libjs-dojo-dijit

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libjs-dojo-dijit
