How To Uninstall liblrm2 On Debian 8

To uninstall liblrm2 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just liblrm2

Reusable cluster libraries -- liblrm2Debian 8.0libs1.0.12~rc1+hg2777-1.2
sudo apt-get remove liblrm2

This will remove just the liblrm2 package itself.

Uninstall liblrm2 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove liblrm2

This will remove the liblrm2 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for liblrm2 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge liblrm2

Or similarly, like this liblrm2

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove liblrm2
