To uninstall libmono-profiler-gui-thread-check just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libmono-profiler-gui-thread-check

sudo apt-get remove libmono-profiler-gui-thread-check

This will remove just the libmono-profiler-gui-thread-check package itself.

Uninstall libmono-profiler-gui-thread-check and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libmono-profiler-gui-thread-check

This will remove the libmono-profiler-gui-thread-check package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libmono-profiler-gui-thread-check then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libmono-profiler-gui-thread-check
