How To Uninstall libnemesis3 On Debian 8

To uninstall libnemesis3 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libnemesis3

Parallel extension to the EXODUSII datamodelDebian 8.0libs6.02.dfsg.1-5
sudo apt-get remove libnemesis3

This will remove just the libnemesis3 package itself.

Uninstall libnemesis3 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libnemesis3

This will remove the libnemesis3 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libnemesis3 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libnemesis3

Or similarly, like this libnemesis3

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libnemesis3
