How To Uninstall libss2-dbg On Debian 8

To uninstall libss2-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libss2-dbg

debugging information for libss2Debian 8.0debug1.42.12-2+b1
sudo apt-get remove libss2-dbg

This will remove just the libss2-dbg package itself.

Uninstall libss2-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libss2-dbg

This will remove the libss2-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libss2-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libss2-dbg

Or similarly, like this libss2-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libss2-dbg
