How To Uninstall libtsan0 On Debian 8

To uninstall libtsan0 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libtsan0

ThreadSanitizer -- a Valgrind-based detector of data races (runtime)Debian 8.0libs4.9.2-10
sudo apt-get remove libtsan0

This will remove just the libtsan0 package itself.

Uninstall libtsan0 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libtsan0

This will remove the libtsan0 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libtsan0 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libtsan0

Or similarly, like this libtsan0

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libtsan0
