Uninstall just libvtkgdcm-cil

sudo apt-get remove libvtkgdcm-cil

This will remove just the libvtkgdcm-cil package itself.

Uninstall libvtkgdcm-cil and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libvtkgdcm-cil

This will remove the libvtkgdcm-cil package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libvtkgdcm-cil then this will work.

sudo apt-get purge libvtkgdcm-cil

Or similarly, like this libvtkgdcm-cil

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libvtkgdcm-cil
