How To Uninstall libx32gomp1 On Debian 8

To uninstall libx32gomp1 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libx32gomp1

GCC OpenMP (GOMP) support library (x32)Debian 8.0libs4.9.2-10
sudo apt-get remove libx32gomp1

This will remove just the libx32gomp1 package itself.

Uninstall libx32gomp1 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libx32gomp1

This will remove the libx32gomp1 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libx32gomp1 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libx32gomp1

Or similarly, like this libx32gomp1

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libx32gomp1
