How To Uninstall libxkbcommon0 On Debian 8

To uninstall libxkbcommon0 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just libxkbcommon0

library interface to the XKB compiler - shared libraryDebian 8.0libs0.4.3-2
sudo apt-get remove libxkbcommon0

This will remove just the libxkbcommon0 package itself.

Uninstall libxkbcommon0 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libxkbcommon0

This will remove the libxkbcommon0 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for libxkbcommon0 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge libxkbcommon0

Or similarly, like this libxkbcommon0

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libxkbcommon0
