How To Uninstall lswm On Debian 8

To uninstall lswm just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just lswm

wiimote discover utilityDebian 8.0utils0.6.00+svn201-3.1
sudo apt-get remove lswm

This will remove just the lswm package itself.

Uninstall lswm and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove lswm

This will remove the lswm package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for lswm then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge lswm

Or similarly, like this lswm

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove lswm
