How To Uninstall makedepf90 On Debian 8

To uninstall makedepf90 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just makedepf90

Fortran-90 dependency processor for MakefilesDebian 8.0utils2.8.8-1
sudo apt-get remove makedepf90

This will remove just the makedepf90 package itself.

Uninstall makedepf90 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove makedepf90

This will remove the makedepf90 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for makedepf90 then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge makedepf90

Or similarly, like this makedepf90

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove makedepf90
