How To Uninstall mandos-client On Debian 8

To uninstall mandos-client just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just mandos-client

do unattended reboots with an encrypted root file systemDebian 8.0admin1.6.9-1
sudo apt-get remove mandos-client

This will remove just the mandos-client package itself.

Uninstall mandos-client and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove mandos-client

This will remove the mandos-client package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for mandos-client then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge mandos-client

Or similarly, like this mandos-client

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove mandos-client
