How To Uninstall manpages-pl On Debian 8

To uninstall manpages-pl just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just manpages-pl

Polish man pagesDebian 8.0doc1:0.6-2
sudo apt-get remove manpages-pl

This will remove just the manpages-pl package itself.

Uninstall manpages-pl and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove manpages-pl

This will remove the manpages-pl package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for manpages-pl then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge manpages-pl

Or similarly, like this manpages-pl

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove manpages-pl
