How To Uninstall med-oncology On Debian 8

To uninstall med-oncology just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just med-oncology

Debian Med packages for oncologyDebian 8.0misc2.0
sudo apt-get remove med-oncology

This will remove just the med-oncology package itself.

Uninstall med-oncology and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove med-oncology

This will remove the med-oncology package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for med-oncology then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge med-oncology

Or similarly, like this med-oncology

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove med-oncology
