How To Uninstall mediawiki-extensions-ldapauth On Debian 8

To uninstall mediawiki-extensions-ldapauth just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just mediawiki-extensions-ldapauth

Extensions for MediaWiki -- LdapAuthentication extensionDebian 8.0web3.7
sudo apt-get remove mediawiki-extensions-ldapauth

This will remove just the mediawiki-extensions-ldapauth package itself.

Uninstall mediawiki-extensions-ldapauth and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove mediawiki-extensions-ldapauth

This will remove the mediawiki-extensions-ldapauth package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for mediawiki-extensions-ldapauth then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge mediawiki-extensions-ldapauth

Or similarly, like this mediawiki-extensions-ldapauth
