How To Uninstall members On Debian 8

To uninstall members just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just members

Shows the members of a group; by default, all membersDebian 8.0admin20080128-5
sudo apt-get remove members

This will remove just the members package itself.

Uninstall members and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove members

This will remove the members package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for members then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge members

Or similarly, like this members

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove members
