How To Uninstall miri-sdr On Debian 8

To uninstall miri-sdr just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just miri-sdr

Software defined radio support for Mirics hardware (tools)Debian 8.0libs0.0.4.59ba37-2
sudo apt-get remove miri-sdr

This will remove just the miri-sdr package itself.

Uninstall miri-sdr and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove miri-sdr

This will remove the miri-sdr package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for miri-sdr then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge miri-sdr

Or similarly, like this miri-sdr

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove miri-sdr
