How To Uninstall ml-lex On Debian 8

To uninstall ml-lex just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ml-lex

Lexical analyzer generator for Standard MLDebian 8.0devel110.76-2
sudo apt-get remove ml-lex

This will remove just the ml-lex package itself.

Uninstall ml-lex and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ml-lex

This will remove the ml-lex package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for ml-lex then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ml-lex

Or similarly, like this ml-lex

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ml-lex
