How To Uninstall monodevelop-nunit On Debian 8

To uninstall monodevelop-nunit just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just monodevelop-nunit

NUnit plugin for MonoDevelopDebian 8.0cli-mono4.0.12+dfsg-6
sudo apt-get remove monodevelop-nunit

This will remove just the monodevelop-nunit package itself.

Uninstall monodevelop-nunit and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove monodevelop-nunit

This will remove the monodevelop-nunit package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for monodevelop-nunit then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge monodevelop-nunit

Or similarly, like this monodevelop-nunit

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove monodevelop-nunit
