This will remove just the monodoc-gtk2.0-manual package itself.

Uninstall monodoc-gtk2.0-manual and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove monodoc-gtk2.0-manual

This will remove the monodoc-gtk2.0-manual package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for monodoc-gtk2.0-manual then this will work.
