How To Uninstall monodoc-http On Debian 8

To uninstall monodoc-http just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just monodoc-http

MonoDoc http based viewerDebian 8.0devel3.10-1
sudo apt-get remove monodoc-http

This will remove just the monodoc-http package itself.

Uninstall monodoc-http and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove monodoc-http

This will remove the monodoc-http package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for monodoc-http then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge monodoc-http

Or similarly, like this monodoc-http

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove monodoc-http
