Open Toolkit wrapper for OpenGL, OpenAL and OpenCL - DocsDebian 8.0doc1.0.20101006+dfsg1-1
sudo apt-get remove monodoc-opentk-manual

This will remove just the monodoc-opentk-manual package itself.

Uninstall monodoc-opentk-manual and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove monodoc-opentk-manual

This will remove the monodoc-opentk-manual package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for monodoc-opentk-manual then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge monodoc-opentk-manual
