How To Uninstall mountall On Debian 8

To uninstall mountall just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just mountall

filesystem mounting toolDebian 8.0admin2.54
sudo apt-get remove mountall

This will remove just the mountall package itself.

Uninstall mountall and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove mountall

This will remove the mountall package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for mountall then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge mountall

Or similarly, like this mountall

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove mountall
