How To Uninstall mrb On Debian 8

To uninstall mrb just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just mrb

Manage incremental data snapshots with make/rsyncDebian 8.0admin0.1
sudo apt-get remove mrb

This will remove just the mrb package itself.

Uninstall mrb and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove mrb

This will remove the mrb package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for mrb then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge mrb

Or similarly, like this mrb

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove mrb
