How To Uninstall mricron-doc On Debian 8

To uninstall mricron-doc just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just mricron-doc

data files for MRIcronDebian 8.0doc0.20140804.1~dfsg.1-1
sudo apt-get remove mricron-doc

This will remove just the mricron-doc package itself.

Uninstall mricron-doc and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove mricron-doc

This will remove the mricron-doc package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for mricron-doc then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge mricron-doc

Or similarly, like this mricron-doc

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove mricron-doc
