How To Uninstall mssh On Debian 8

To uninstall mssh just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just mssh

sudo apt-get remove mssh

This will remove just the mssh package itself.

Uninstall mssh and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove mssh

This will remove the mssh package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for mssh then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge mssh

Or similarly, like this mssh

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove mssh
