How To Uninstall multiwatch On Debian 8

To uninstall multiwatch just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just multiwatch

Forks and watches multiple instances of a programDebian 8.0web1.0.0-rc1+really1.0.0-1
sudo apt-get remove multiwatch

This will remove just the multiwatch package itself.

Uninstall multiwatch and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove multiwatch

This will remove the multiwatch package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for multiwatch then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge multiwatch

Or similarly, like this multiwatch

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove multiwatch
