Uninstall just mupen64plus-rsp-z64-dbg

sudo apt-get remove mupen64plus-rsp-z64-dbg

This will remove just the mupen64plus-rsp-z64-dbg package itself.

Uninstall mupen64plus-rsp-z64-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove mupen64plus-rsp-z64-dbg

This will remove the mupen64plus-rsp-z64-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for mupen64plus-rsp-z64-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge mupen64plus-rsp-z64-dbg
