How To Uninstall myproxy-dbg On Debian 8

To uninstall myproxy-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just myproxy-dbg

Credential Management Service Debug SymbolsDebian 8.0debug6.0-3
sudo apt-get remove myproxy-dbg

This will remove just the myproxy-dbg package itself.

Uninstall myproxy-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove myproxy-dbg

This will remove the myproxy-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for myproxy-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge myproxy-dbg

Or similarly, like this myproxy-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove myproxy-dbg
