How To Uninstall myproxy On Debian 8

To uninstall myproxy just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just myproxy

Credential Management Service ClientDebian 8.0net6.0-3
sudo apt-get remove myproxy

This will remove just the myproxy package itself.

Uninstall myproxy and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove myproxy

This will remove the myproxy package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for myproxy then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge myproxy

Or similarly, like this myproxy

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove myproxy
