How To Uninstall mysql-mmm-monitor On Debian 8

To uninstall mysql-mmm-monitor just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just mysql-mmm-monitor

Multi-Master Replication Manager for MySQL - monitoring daemonDebian 8.0database2.2.1-1.1
sudo apt-get remove mysql-mmm-monitor

This will remove just the mysql-mmm-monitor package itself.

Uninstall mysql-mmm-monitor and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove mysql-mmm-monitor

This will remove the mysql-mmm-monitor package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for mysql-mmm-monitor then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge mysql-mmm-monitor

Or similarly, like this mysql-mmm-monitor

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove mysql-mmm-monitor
