How To Uninstall nagios-images On Debian 8

To uninstall nagios-images just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just nagios-images

linuxCollection of images and icons for the nagios systemnet0.8
sudo apt-get remove nagios-images

This will remove just the nagios-images package itself.

Uninstall nagios-images and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove nagios-images

This will remove the nagios-images package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for nagios-images then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge nagios-images

Or similarly, like this nagios-images

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove nagios-images
