How To Uninstall nast On Debian 8

To uninstall nast just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just nast

linuxpacket sniffer and lan analyzernet0.2.0-6
sudo apt-get remove nast

This will remove just the nast package itself.

Uninstall nast and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove nast

This will remove the nast package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for nast then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge nast

Or similarly, like this nast

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove nast
