How To Uninstall nasty On Debian 8

To uninstall nasty just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just nasty

linuxA tool which helps you to recover your GPG passphraseutils0.6-2
sudo apt-get remove nasty

This will remove just the nasty package itself.

Uninstall nasty and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove nasty

This will remove the nasty package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for nasty then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge nasty

Or similarly, like this nasty

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove nasty
