Uninstall just nautilus-image-converter

sudo apt-get remove nautilus-image-converter

This will remove just the nautilus-image-converter package itself.

Uninstall nautilus-image-converter and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove nautilus-image-converter

This will remove the nautilus-image-converter package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for nautilus-image-converter then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge nautilus-image-converter

Or similarly, like this nautilus-image-converter

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove nautilus-image-converter
